Today our foyer is finally completely painted!
I had hoped that we could also replace our chandelier with a new, updated one.
The current one is very... Scarface-y. And I don't like it.
Not. One. Bit.
Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
So I headed to Overstock.com to scope out some lighting options and found a few I kind of liked.
Option 1: Iron 8-Light Black Chandelier
I like the simplicity of it, but I'm pretty sure it's not substantial enough for the foyer.
Option 2: Parisienne Parlor 13-Light Firenze Goldtone Chandelier
A little over the top for me... I'd like it better in black and sans tassel.
Option 3: 12-Light Bronze Chandelier
I'm not crazy about the shape of this one... so of course, it's Mr. D's favorite.
Option 4: Georgetown 27-Light Chandelier
A lot of lights, but this one is kind of my favorite. I think it's pretty unusual-looking.
So I really need your help:
If you were forced to pick my chandelier at gunpoint (God forbid!), which of these would you choose?
I would have to choose number one. I think it would be pretty at the holidays with greens and ornaments tucked in!
ReplyDeleteI actually like Option #3 too. But as pretty as they are, I can't help but wonder about changing the lightbulbs! You will need a very tall ladder or the world's tallest human.
