I have, admittedly, been MIA on the blog for a few reasons recently.

Most of the things on my mind haven't really been things I want to share.

JOBBYJOB!

After a lot of hoping and then giving up, I was asked to interview for the new high school opening up in the county I currently work for.  The building is beautiful, the entire staff gives me good vibes, and I have been wanting to make the jump from middle to high school.  I thought the interview went terribly, but I got the job anyway.  

I am so excited!

  

But at the same time, I'm going to miss all my work friends.  They have been so awesome and supportive and there for me during my first teaching experiences.

So, anyhoo, that's what's going on here these days.  I'll be posting some pics of our long, drawn-out built-in bookshelf project in the next couple of days!
